An Internationally experienced Materials engineer with experience of MEMS, NEMS and semiconductor research and development with thorough knowledge of materials including semiconductors, nanomaterials, nanocomposites, metals, alloys, composites, ceramics, thin films, coatings, compounds, powders, synthesis processes and characterization tools. Qualified to work in cleanroom environment for device fabrication. Experience of working on projects at University of Delaware,USA National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) at Golden, Colorado USA ,US Air Force-Rice University project at University of Texas at Arlington and Functional Nanomaterials lab at King Abdullah University,Thuwal, Saudi Arabia.
